01 Overview & Key Statement

SRC Bilisim ("we," "us," or "our") developed Tiny Sages as a free-to-play educational mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices with respect to the application.

We want to be unambiguous: Tiny Sages does not collect any personal information from its users. We have deliberately engineered the application so that it functions entirely on the device without any network communication that could convey personal data.

This policy has been prepared to comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations, including:

• The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), European Union
• The UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)

02 No Data Collection

We do not collect, request, access, store, process, or transmit any of the following — or any other category of personal or non-personal information:

• Names, email addresses, or other contact details
• Phone numbers or device identifiers
• Location data (GPS, IP address, or otherwise)
• Photos, camera, or microphone data
• Usage analytics, telemetry, or crash reports sent externally
• Device type, operating system version, or hardware information
• Financial, payment, or billing information
• Log data or network activity
• Cookies or any comparable persistent identifiers
• Biometric or health information

Game progress and preferences (e.g., completed levels) may be stored locally on the device using the operating system's standard storage mechanisms solely to improve the player's experience. This data never leaves the device and is not accessible to SRC Bilisim or any third party.

03 Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Tiny Sages is specifically designed for children under 5 years of age. We take children's privacy with the utmost seriousness.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children of any age. Because the application does not collect any data at all, there is no mechanism by which a child's personal information could be obtained or stored by us.

There are no account registrations, login flows, profile fields, or forms of any kind within the application that could be used to submit personal information.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe — despite the above — that your child has somehow submitted personal information through our application, please contact us immediately at the address provided in Section 9. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

04 No Advertising or Tracking

Tiny Sages contains no advertisements of any kind — neither banner ads, interstitial ads, video ads, nor rewarded ads.

We do not use:

• Advertising networks or ad SDKs
• Behavioural or interest-based tracking
• Cross-app or cross-site tracking identifiers
• Attribution or retargeting technologies
• Analytics SDKs that exfiltrate data to external servers

There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium unlockable content. The game is provided entirely free of charge, supported only by our commitment to delivering high-quality educational content.

05 Third-Party Services

The application does not integrate any third-party SDKs, libraries, frameworks, or services that collect, transmit, or process personal data. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Analytics services (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel)
• Crash reporting tools (e.g., Crashlytics, Sentry)
• Social media SDKs (e.g., Facebook SDK, Twitter SDK)
• Advertising networks (e.g., AdMob, Unity Ads)
• Cloud-based game services (e.g., Game Center, Google Play Games)

All functionality within Tiny Sages is self-contained. No data is shared with any third party for any purpose whatsoever.

06 Device Permissions

Tiny Sages requests only the minimum device permissions necessary to deliver its core gameplay experience. The application does not request access to:

• Camera or microphone
• Contacts or address book
• Location services (GPS or network-based)
• Files, photos, or media library
• Bluetooth, Wi-Fi details, or NFC
• Device identifiers such as the Advertising ID

Any system permissions that may appear as technically requested by the underlying platform are solely for audio playback (game sounds and music) and local data storage (saving game progress on the device). Neither of these capabilities is used to transmit data externally.

07 Security

Because Tiny Sages does not transmit any data over a network, there is no risk of data interception during transmission. Any data stored locally on the device (game progress) is protected by the device's own operating-system-level security mechanisms, including sandboxing, which prevents other applications from accessing it.

We continuously review our codebase to ensure that no inadvertent network calls or data-collection vectors are introduced with application updates.

08 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the application or applicable law. Any material changes will be indicated by updating the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document and, where required by law, by providing additional notice through the applicable app stores.

We encourage parents and guardians to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the application after an updated policy is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10 Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, additional protections may apply.

For users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this policy is also intended to be read in conjunction with your rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR respectively, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Given that no personal data is collected, these rights are automatically satisfied by design.

For users in the United States, particularly parents of children under 13, this policy is compliant with COPPA requirements.
